Changing your lifestyle requires support. Together we’ll use the pillars of lifestyle medicine to cultivate a plan that’s uniquely curated to YOU.

  • Cultivate a supportive plan customized to your unique body using culinary medicine. We’ll work together to guide and educate you on how to integrate a whole food plant-based diet.

  • Movement doesn’t always have to be intense and regimented. Together we’ll identify ways to integrate daily movement into your routine. The goal is to create a personalized plan to help increase cardiovascular endurance and maintain strength even as you age.

  • Let’s take stock of your individual sleep hygiene. Our goal is to support sleep routines and how to get the most out of your daily sleep. We’ll use a science-backed approach that takes into account circadian rhythms, blue light and even screen time.

  • Manage your stress, don’t let it manage you. Together we’ll discuss stress’s impact on health and illness and carve out a sustainable plan to support stress reduction. Building a tool belt of resources to help support you in times of stress can help you keep you healthy long term.
