About me

After fifteen years of practicing primary care, “burnout” set in and I started to explore my own self-care. A diagnosis of breast cancer in 2020 led me to focus on the mind-body connection and identify what it meant for me to be well. I have “walked the walk” of lifestyle medicine with tweaks to my own habits in nutrition, mindfulness, sleep and physical activity. I am board certified in Lifestyle Medicine and Internal Medicine and use knowledge from both in collaborating with clients.
